The item must be in good condition, unused, undamaged, and with its original packaging and labels.

Special offer items, clearance items, or gift cards are not eligible for refunds (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

Fill in the reason for the refund and upload relevant photos (e.g., damaged goods).

We will review your refund request within 3–5 business days and notify you of the review result via email.

Once approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account.

Payment Platform Arrival Time: Generally 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.

Refunds do not include order shipping costs (unless the product has quality issues or the wrong item was shipped).

Shipping costs for returns due to customer reasons (e.g., incorrect size) are the customer’s responsibility.
